10:00 – 10:45 : “Opening Session”. Prof. Jean-Paul Lehners. Professor of History- University of Luxembourg. Unesco Chair in Human Rights. Coordinator of the Human Rights Observatory.
10:45 – 11:30 : “Human trafficking and migrant smuggling”. Mr. Ginés Zamora. Former Investigator UN International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala.
11:45 – 12:45: “The role of the State fighting irregular immigration. A human rights approach.” Ms Cristina Fraile Jiménez de Muñana, Director of the Human Rights Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain.
14:30 – 16:15 Presentation of Barbara Miller's movie “Forbidden Voices”, Swiss documentary movie. Nominated for the Swiss Film Award 2013. Winner of the WACC-SIGNIS Human Rights Award. Following by an open discussion with Ms Lucie Morillon, “Reporters Without Borders” and Ms Farnaz Seif, Protagonist of the documentary movie, an Iranian censored and threatened blogger and online women’s rights campaigner.
16:30 – 18:00 Ms Sandie Richard and Mr Antoine Cassar, NGO “Personne n'est illégale”, Luxembourg. Journal presentation “Le monde n'est pas ronde” and Cassar's poetic work presentation “Passport”.
